Using mobile devices to reflect ‘on the move’

iPhoneMany mobile phones, smart phones, mobile devices and pocket cameras have the facility to take photographs and video; and some can also record audio (e.g. memos).  The advantage of using mobile devices is that you will usually have them on you anyway, and so can capture things ‘in the moment’ that you can reflect upon later.  You might want to video record an interesting conversation with a friend about a film/play/exhibition you’ve just seen.  Or photograph an interesting space in a street doorway.  Or record your thoughts out loud as you walk around an exhibition. Or record an interesting idea that you had while you were waiting for a bus.

You should be able to download these as files from your device, and then use them to create a digital story, upload to your blog with a comment, or even create a prezi.
